Intelligent chemical plant: with the goal of creating 10 billion output value of intelligent low-voltage electrical appliances and the whole industrial chain, the construction of intelligent chemical plant in Haiyan base is constructed from four directions: Park Planning and infrastructure construction, intelligent park construction, digital twin operation and multi visit route construction.

Intelligent production: improve the level of automation equipment, develop digital chemical plant information system with MES as the core, establish lean production system, integrate simulation technology, and realize intelligent production process.

Intelligent logistics: Plan Intelligent warehousing and logistics distribution system, build automatic three-dimensional warehouse, and establish an intelligent logistics system of sea salt three-dimensional warehouse with integrated picking and matching, automatic handling, accurate distribution, transparent information, intelligent control and fine management.

Intelligent supply chain: strengthen the construction of information system, build production and operation mechanisms to support supplier collaboration, quality inspection forward, supply chain transparent management, order tracking and feedback, and gradually realize the whole process pull production mode by taking the demand of finished products as the pull, so as to effectively meet the needs of MTO / MTS mixed production organization mode of Haiyan base.

The new factory planning project of Xin electric appliance (Haiyan) lasted for four months. The Seiko intelligent team fully combined with the lean concept, broke the traditional production mode, and through the schemes of productization, lean and automation, aimed at creating 10 billion output value of intelligent low-voltage electrical appliances and the whole industrial chain, started from the four aspects of park planning and infrastructure, smart park construction, digital twin operation and multi type tour route construction Starting from three directions, the construction of intelligent chemical plant in sea salt base will be constructed.
